The Annual CRWA Scholarship Program
The Annual CRWA Scholarship Program will be accepting applications soon. The two AWE scholarship award amounts will be for our AWE Courses, which include Water Treatment O&M, Water Distribution O&M, Backflow Tester Certification, ACR Utility Management Certification, and Introduction to WasteWater. The other Scholarship will be for our AWE Apprenticeship Program, This two-year program is designed to provide qualifications for multiple certifications in operations and safety while providing financial education and a pathway for a utility management certification as well. The water wastewater specialist program also provides pathways for a 2-year associate’s degree in water and wastewater operations.
Scholarship Application Information

Applications will be accepted from November 1, 2024, through February 15th, 2025. The scholarships will be awarded at the Annual Banquet to be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Harvey’s Lake Tahoe Casino & Resort, applicants do not need to attend the EXPO conference to receive a scholarship, but attendance at the conference is highly recommended.

Do You Think You Have The Best Tasting Water in California?
We will be accepting applications for the “Best Tasting Water” competition. The winner will be announced at the 2025 Expo. The Operator of the Year Nominations
Any nominee must be a certified water and/or wastewater operator, please click this link for the form for complete requirements.
