Information about this course:
California Rural Water Association (CRWA) in conjunction with the USDA/CRWA Rural Development funded Training Technical Assistance program is proud to be able to bring you a Funding Infrastructure class.

Learn how to plan and finance system improvements such as pump stations, pipelines, tank replacement and expansions, and treatment facilities. Review of project components, including bidding, construction, engineering design, environmental documentation, and funding applications.
Review how a Technical, Managerial, and Financial (TMF) plan plays a key role in project planning, general operations, and emergencies.
The class will focus on two funding agencies: USDA Rural Development and the State Water Resources Control Board.
This is water-focused training, but many of the processes and components are applicable for wastewater as well.

Schedule: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
Lunch: 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm (On Your Own)

  • All registrants who have registered and paid for the class will receive their certificates within two weeks of the class date.
  • Cancellations must be received by CRWA in writing five business days prior to the event to qualify for a refund.
  • Cancellations received within this time frame, will be subject to a refund less a $25 processing fee.
  • All class transfer requests must be received five business days prior to class and are subject to CRWA approval. Transfers will only be valid within the same calendar year.
