Preferred Provider Spotlight: 2026 Preferred Provider Program – Request for Proposals

Preferred Provider - A Member of the California Rural Water AssociationCRWA is wrapping up its seventeenth year of the Preferred Provider Program and is now accepting proposals for 2026. The program connects CRWA members with trusted vendors offering products and services at discounted rates. Participation is limited and determined through a thorough review process to ensure members receive relevant, reliable, and high-quality resources.

Vendors interested in becoming a Preferred Provider should review and submit the Request for Proposal (RFP), describing the product or service offered and how it can benefit CRWA members. Proposals will be evaluated by a committee to determine eligibility and endorsement.

Program Benefits for Preferred Providers:

  • Direct mail campaigns to CRWA’s membership
  • Banner ad space and website link on CRWA’s website
  • Advertising opportunities in CRWA newsletters, guides, brochures, and social media
  • Ability to submit articles to the Quarterly Water Journal
  • Opportunities to conduct workshops (in-person, online, or webinar)
  • Exclusive Premier Booth location at CRWA’s EXPO in Lake Tahoe
