City of Big Bear Lake Competes in Great American Water Taste Test

California was thrilled to welcome the City of Big Bear to the 2026 Rural Water Rally, where they proudly competed in the Great American Water Taste Test (GAWTT). After earning top honors at the CRWA Water Taste Test during our 2025 Expo in South Lake Tahoe, the City of Big Bear Water Department advanced to represent California on the national stage.

While California didn’t place this year, we were truly honored to stand alongside Big Bear’s dedicated representatives, Reggie Lawson and Jason Hall, and to celebrate the hard work and excellence that brought them this far.
