Celebrating the Next Generation of Water Professionals

The California Rural Water Association (CRWA) is proud to recognize the upcoming graduating class of its Apprenticeship Program. These apprentices are completing an intensive earn-while-you-learn pathway that combines hands-on, on-the-job training with classroom instruction designed to prepare them for careers in water and wastewater operations.

Through their hard work and commitment, this graduating class has gained valuable technical skills, industry knowledge, and real-world experience that directly support safe, reliable water service for rural communities throughout California. Their achievements represent a significant milestone not only for the apprentices themselves but also for the utilities and communities they serve.

CRWA congratulates this outstanding group of apprentices and looks forward to watching them continue to grow as professionals and future leaders in California’s rural water and wastewater industry.

Please join us at the 2026 Expo, where we will celebrate their accomplishments during the Graduation Ceremony!
