Member Spotlight: ICWCSD Praises CRWA Support

We love hearing from our members about the value CRWA’s circuit riders bring to their systems. Here’s a note from Terry Tye, General Manager of Indian Creek Westridge Community Services District, sharing how a recent visit helped move their system upgrades forward.

Dan,

It was a great pleasure to welcome your circuit riders Abel Silva and Mark Hardison to the Indian Creek Westridge Community Services District (ICWCSD) on June 4, 2026. The primary purpose of the visit was to obtain help in renewing our RDApply application for system upgrades and improvements. We need to replace water mains, isolation valves, and install meters. We are also studying the feasibility of converting our system to solar energy to energize our submersible pumps.

We also discussed insurance, your financing agency, the cyber program, preferred providers, the SUSP program, leak detection, energy efficiency analysis and the apprentice program.

The ICWCSD has been a CRWA member for over twenty years. Our membership may be the single most valuable investment that we make every year. The services that CRWA provides to the ICWCSD as part of our membership are worth more, by far, than the cost of membership.

Thank you for the assistance that CRWA provides to the ICWCSD and other small rural water systems located in financially underprivileged areas. Your support makes our continuing operation possible.

Sincerely,
Terry Tye
General Manager ICWCSD
