CRWA Apprenticeship Program Celebrates a Successful Year

As the year comes to a close, the California Rural Water Association is proud to celebrate another outstanding year of success for its Apprenticeship Program. This program continues to make a meaningful impact by preparing the next generation of skilled water and wastewater professionals for California’s rural communities.

Through a blend of hands-on training and technical-related instruction, apprentices gained valuable experience, built confidence, and developed the skills needed to support critical water system operations. Employers across the state have seen firsthand the positive contributions apprentices bring to their teams, helping strengthen the future of the rural water workforce.

CRWA congratulates all apprentices on their hard work and achievements this year and extends sincere thanks to the employers, mentors, and instructors who made this success possible. As we look ahead to the new year, CRWA remains committed to expanding training opportunities and investing in the professionals who keep our rural water systems strong.
