Sampling Techniques, TCR Microbiology & Certification
This course will cover both class A & B sampling procedures. The emphasis will be on appropriate sampling procedures, record-keeping, and reporting. The workshop will also cover the following objectives:

  • Personal Hygiene & Proper Hand Sanitation
  • Proper Sampling Technique & Sampling Plans
  • DEH Bacteriological Sample-Site Plan System Map
  • Outline on what is Revised Total Coliform Rule
  • Understanding CCR’s

Instructor: Michael Sims, CRWA Trainer, has 39 years of experience in the water industry, as a certified operator. He is experienced in Sampling, microbiology, biological and chemical evaluation, Sales and Engineer on sanitation, and chemical training—quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and safety programs. Cal/OSHA certified. QA/QC Management, HACCP Certified by FDA, IBWA Certified Plant Operator, and Millipore certified Microbiological QC, UV and Ozone technology, and RO.
