DAY 1: Membranes as they relate to the Potable Water Supply including Desalination. We will review membrane technology terminology, explanation of reverse osmosis and membrane materials, the make up and pore size in relationship to the filtration processes, such as, Nano Filtration, Ultra Filtration, and Micro Filtration. Cleaning technologies, testing, troubleshooting and the repair of fibers, as well as, Treatment Plants and case studies

Day 2: We will learn about Membrane Technology in the wastewater industry (MBR Systems). Membrane technology terminology, membrane material make up and pore size in relationship to the filtration processes, such as, Ultra Filtration, and Micro Filtration used in wastewater treatment, cleaning technologies, testing, and common issues associated with MBR Systems and the repair of fibers as they relate to wastewater applications, as well as Treatment Plants and case studies.
